it's a MUST !

sleep BEFORE 1200pm o'clock !
there is no DINNER ANYMORE for me !

biscuits , milo or hot chocolate or nescafe ONLY (for dinner)

use STAIRS ! not a LIFT !

wake up at 0500am and DO NOT SLEEP BACK !

STAY AWAY from phone when STUDYING !
*even there's no one texting me -,-

LESS facebook , MORE books !

TAKE A NAP at evening *only when i'm in morning shift 

eat rice ONCE per day !

okey , that's all for now . kbaii
